There are different forms of arthritis, which is an inflammation of the joints.  Common areas include the hips, knees and spine.  Treatment can include re-alignments, electrotherapy, exercises, stretches and nutritional advice.  No one can reverse arthritis, however we can help slow down the process and improve quality of life by reducing pain and increasing strength & function.
